This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which NUPPI TECH LTD ("we", "our", or "the Company") manages payments, cancellations, and refunds for services offered via our website nuppibot.com, our NuppiBot chatbot, our social media channels, related products, and other services. By subscribing to and using our paid services, you agree to this Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Subscription Plans

We offer different subscription options to suit your needs. We have a free plan with limited features as well as paid plan options. By upgrading from the free plan to any of our paid plans, you will gain access to additional benefits and advanced features for a monthly fee.

Payment Method and Billing

- Payment Method: Payments for the subscription of our paid plans are processed through PayPal UK Ltd (“PayPal”). NuppiBot does not store any data related to your credit card or payment method; all transactions are managed solely by PayPal. At no point will you be required to share sensitive information with us, such as your personal data registered with PayPal or your payment method details.
- Price and Feature Variations: The prices and features of paid plans may vary depending on your geographical region and the platform used. If the transaction is made in a currency other than pound sterling (GBP), there may be differences between the original price and the charge due to currency exchange rates.
- Recurring Payments: Subscription to a paid plan involves monthly recurring payments, which will be automatically charged to you each month, starting from the initiation of your subscription.
- Single Active Subscription: Each user may only have one active paid plan subscription at a time. It is not possible to maintain two paid subscriptions simultaneously.
- Non-cumulative Benefits: When subscribing to a paid plan, the benefits of the free plan will not apply; only the benefits of the active paid plan will be provided.

Subscription Cancellation

- If you have an active paid subscription, you may cancel it at any time and will not be charged further.
- Upon cancelling your paid plan subscription, your NuppiBot account will automatically revert to the free plan at the end of the current billing period, without losing access to NuppiBot.
- To avoid further charges, you must cancel your paid plan subscription before the next payment date.
- Important: If you delete your NuppiBot account while your paid plan subscription is active, the subscription will be immediately cancelled, and you will lose access to all paid plan benefits, with no possibility of recovery, even if you create a new NuppiBot account.

Account Suspension

- NUPPI TECH LTD reserves the right to take necessary action in the event of any breach of the Terms and Conditions.
- In the event of suspension, your paid plan subscription in PayPal will be automatically cancelled, your NuppiBot account will be deactivated, and services will no longer be available. No refunds will be issued for unused services.

Refunds

- If you are not fully satisfied with the paid plan service, you may request a refund within the first 5 days after purchase by contacting info@nuppibot.com.
- NUPPI TECH LTD will review each refund request based on the usage of services and may request additional information to complete the request.
- The review process may take up to 10 business days, at the end of which NUPPI TECH LTD will issue a verdict regarding the refund.
- Generally, refunds will not be issued once the 5-day period has passed or if you have made significant use of the service during the paid plan subscription period.

Fees and Charges

All charges made during the use of the service are final and non-refundable, except in the specific cases stipulated in the "Refunds" section of this policy.
